1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is Leadership Management Polska sp. z o.o., based in Poland (hereinafter: “LMI”). For matters concerning personal data, contact: rodo@lmi.pl.

2. Scope of data collected

Through the forms on this website (contact and partnership), we collect the data provided by the user: full name, company name, position/role, business e-mail address, phone number, LinkedIn profile link (optional) and the message content. We do not collect data from marketing or profiling cookies.

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

  • Responding to inquiries and business contact – Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (actions prior to entering into a contract and the controller's legitimate interest).
  • Reviewing a partnership application – Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
  • Potential establishment, pursuit or defence of claims – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Retention period

We keep form data for the time necessary to handle the matter and, afterwards, until any potential claims become time-barred. E-mail messages from the forms are stored in our mailbox in accordance with our internal retention policy.

5. Data recipients and processors

Data may be processed by trusted IT service providers acting on our behalf:

  • Resend, Inc. (USA, domain resend.com) – provider of the infrastructure for sending e-mail messages from the forms. Messages are sent from the technical address onboarding@resend.dev and delivered to the LMI mailbox. Resend processes the data solely to deliver messages and maintain service security (including sender/recipient logs, message content, delivery status).
  • Lovable – provider of the hosting platform on which lmi.pl operates.
  • The provider of the LMI mailbox in which received messages are stored.

6. Transfers of data outside the EEA

Using the services of Resend, Inc. may involve the transfer of data to the United States. The transfer is based on standard contractual clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and — where applicable — the Data Privacy Framework. 7. Rights of data subjects

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to it, transfer it, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. To exercise your rights, contact us at rodo@lmi.pl.

8. Voluntariness of providing data

Providing data in the forms is voluntary, but necessary to make contact or to review a partnership application.

9. Cookies

The lmi.pl website uses only technical cookies necessary for the proper operation of the site. We do not use marketing or analytics cookies without your consent.
